食用方法 How to cook
- 将药材略微清洗后放入锅中
- 加入约1.5 ~ 2L清水,大火煮沸后转小火煮1.5至2小时。
- 加盐调味后即完成。
- 可依个人口味搭配肉类如鸡肉或排骨。
- Rinse the ingredients and put them into a pot.
- Pour in 1.5 to 2L water and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Add some salt and ready to serve.
- Add meats such as chicken or pork rib according to your preference.
