成分:人参、白术、茯苓、当归、川芎、白芍、熟地黄、玉竹、桂枝、桂皮、海竹、黄芪、肉桂、炙甘草

功效:气血双补、滋阴升阳。适合体质虚弱者。

Ingredients: Ginseng, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Poria, Angelica, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Paeoniae Radix Alba / White Peony Root, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma / Fragrant Solomonseal, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Cassia Cinnamon, Polygonatum Macropodium, Astragali Radix, Cinnamon, Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata

食用方法 How to cook

  1. 将药材略微清洗后放入锅中
  2. 加入约1.5 ~ 2L清水,大火煮沸后转小火煮1.52小时
  3. 加盐调味后即完成。
  4. 可依个人口味搭配肉类如鸡肉或排骨。


  1. Rinse the ingredients and put them into a pot.
  2. Pour in 1.5 to 2L water and bring to boil.
  3. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  4. Add some salt and ready to serve. 
  5. Add meats such as chicken or pork rib according to your preference.
